immuG FLOATING Expert is designed for installation behind suction dredgers – transporting sand, gravel, sludge, water etc.

Structure

• core: NR/SBR, black, highly abrasion resistant
• reinforcement:: polyester cord
• cover: NR-SBR, black, weather resistant
• wall profile: inside smooth, outside fabric patterned
• with integrated ring profiles keeping the floaters in position

Technical properties

• highly abrasion resistant rubber core resisting strong abrasion
• weather and ozone resistant cover
• temperature: -30°C up to +80°C

Advantages

• flow resistance in rubber hoses is lower than in steel pipes
• pressure drop is comparable to pipes made of plastics
• lower weight than steel pipes
• easier handling and installation
• longer maintenance intervals and longer service life
