Hoses are flexible connecting elements for lines conveying liquids, gases, suspensions or for generating vacuum. In the immuG Expert series we present various approved hose designs for a wide range of applications.

The matrix shows the application focus distinguished by operation mode (pressure / suction) and kind of wear (corrosive, abrasive, other).

The old-established hose names AWEG and Allerit we replace by the Expert line successively in order to connect our approved hose designs with application fields explicitly.

Our rubber compounds

Rubber hoses are always used when the chemical and physical properties of the material to be conveyed require corrosion and abrasion resistant inner layers. For this so-called core, we use rubber qualities that are optimized for the application.

We often use rubber compounds with the following types of rubber:
