Rubber Hoses

Hoses are flexible connecting elements for lines conveying liquids, gases, suspensions or for generating vacuum. ImmuG Rohr + Schlauch GmbH provides users with various hose designs that meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.

Our hose constructions

The first selection criterion for a hose is the pressure area it will be operated in. This determines whether a pressure hose or a suction hose is used. Many hose types combine both types of load as suction pressure hose .

We produce hoses in the nominal width range from 18 mm to 1,200 mm. We build them up to a length of 40 m with NW<=65, above this width up to 20 m.

Our rubber compounds

Rubber hoses are always used when the chemical and physical properties of the material to be conveyed require corrosion and abrasion resistant inner layers. For this so-called core, we use rubber qualities that are optimized for the application.

We often use rubber compounds with the following types of rubber:
